Finca Can Sitja Houses & Villas, Mallorca Rentals

CAN SITJA, lovely and renovated Rustic two-storey villa in the countryside near Ses Salines:
Can Sitja is a lovely, renovated, rustic two-story villa. It is located in the countryside near Ses Salines and very close to the beaches at Colonia de Sant Jordi. There are 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, verandas and terraces: accommodates 6.

The sight of Can Sitja, a highly attractive, traditional Mallorca country property, is enough to make you want to go inside and find out at first hand what is hidden behind its sandstone walls and lovely shutters.

Located in the countryside, this old dairy farm takes us back to the rural Mallorca of long ago. It has been elegantly renovated, in very good taste, to have a lot of character and provide all the creature comforts, but it also preserves its history in the traditional architectural features conserved both inside and out. The decor provides the perfect setting for a holiday with family or friends. The spacious rooms splashed with fresh colours and character will make you feel at home. The 3 bedrooms are immaculate and the whole place has a great energy.

Outside, the photographs speak for themselves and make it easy to imagine breakfast under the bougainvillea, long relaxing evenings, siestas in the old stable...

The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating throughout the house for the winter.

Moreover, Can Sitja is in a perfect position: sited between 2 lovely towns (it’s in the outskirts of Ses Salines and is very close to Colonia de Sant Jordi) and is only 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches found in this privileged part of Mallorca.

Your country house on Mallorca is waiting for you.

Can Sitja is available exclusively through Santanyí Rentals.

Our stay here was so special, our hosts were so incredibly helpful with every single question we had, or anything we needed help with. We were there for work and they helped us with so many things, from catering to airport pick ups and all the bits in between (even dropping an iron off!) The casa was simply beautiful, quiet and such an easy place to melt into - we did not want to leave!!We couldnt recommend staying here enough!!
