On the ground floor, you'll find a large, separate, fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room opening onto a pleasant garden, perfect for enjoying all the pleasures of summer. It also comprises two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) opening onto a large balcony.
Parking is available in front of the house, which is secured by a gate.
