We had a very enjoyable stay here; the house is in excellent condition and everything was in working order. Communication with Eli, the owner, was great. Lots of restaurants and stores are close by. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in the Sebastian area!

Super clean house in a quite neighborhood. The house had plenty of dishes/pots/pans for us to stay comfortably. Beds were comfortable and the house floor plan was ideal for us three married couples to converse in the evenings.

Property was as listed. Pet Friendly, family friendly. Game room in garage was nice, we did not use it much, but still a great option. Screened room out back was great. Would definitely stay again if available on a future trip. Host was very easy to get in touch and quick to respond.

The host was fine. The house was spacious, clean, in a nice neighborhood and nicely decorated. However, it did lack a few minor supplies and amenities. There were no hand towels or washcloths in the bathrooms. The silverware was very minimal and I had to buy more spoons and left them there for the next guests. The washer made horrendous banging sounds when it went through a cycle and it took the cycle at least an hour to complete. Would give five stars except for these minor things.

Father and Son Weekend

Property was as advertised, very clean and very close to Sebastian area attractions and close to Headwaters Lake where we went twice for outstanding bass fishing. Property manager was easy to work with.

New Property, good time

Beautiful new construction home and nice added entertainment room. Comfortable beds, however missing some very basic living essentials that I hope they take into consideration and a few things that need fixed. Gave the owner very specific details. My family was very welcomed to the home, it was fun and I would stay again if we were in the area.
