Grocery stores and other shopping facilities can be found in Schmallenberg, 3 km away, and various hiking trails start directly from the house. Especially recommended is the 10 km long Golddorf Route Fleckenberg with its beautiful views of the village. A feeder trail takes you to the Rothaarsteig near Jagdhaus. Cycle paths such as the SauerlandRadring, the Kinderland Trekkingroute or the Lenneroute lead through the village. Public buses and the hiking bus take you to Schmallenberg, Winterberg, Bad Fredeburg, as well as many hiking trails and excursion destinations.



The apartment offers a spacious, bright and friendly living room, which is divided into living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and four seats. There are two separate bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. All rooms in the living and sleeping area are equipped with large windows, which can all be completely darkened by roller shutters. There is also a storage room with a washing machine.
