Ideal for a quiet stay close to the Suffolk coast and Sizewell. On the first floor of a beautiful period house, this characterful room has an open-plan bathroom with a luxurious claw foot bath. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and living room in the house and there’s parking for one vehicle on the gravel driveway.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The entrance from the first-floor landing opens into this charming suite with original oak flooring, beams and a brick chimney breast. A sturdy double sleigh bed takes pride of place with storage in a chest of drawers and and open wardrobe.
Relax in the feature claw foot bath by the window in the bathroom section of the room which is also furnished with a wash basin, a WC, storage and a Lloyd Loom chair.

OUTSIDE
There’s ample parking for a car or small/medium van on the gravel drive at the front of the house and a massive garden which you’re welcome to explore at the back.

HOUSE
Farm View is a beautiful private house in a quite spot on the outskirts of Saxmundham just 20 minutes from both Sizewell and the picturesque seaside town of Aldeburgh.
Your room is on the first floor, accessed through the house and stairs and along the landing with a door which you can lock for privacy.
Just two people reside in the house, plus a friendly cat, and there’s one other guest suite on the ground floor, plus a guest cabin in the garden. You’re welcome to use the kitchen to store groceries, make hot drinks and breakfast before you head out for the day, or for easy to prepare meals at the end of the day. There's also a pleasant shared sunny garden room with bi-fold doors onto a large patio. A quiet space with a small sofa to relax in. Lots of original art on the walls and art books to read. No television.
