This beautiful house is on a manor of around 22 hectares, with land, woods, and even its own vineyard!
The house is contemporary and modern while retaining its authenticity. A new swimming pool is available, and the children can have a great time around the house, in the garden, and in the surrounding fields.
Experience the silence and the views, and above all, take the time to enjoy all this beauty over a nice glass of wine. A holiday to remember!
Saint Emilion is 1.5 hours away and is the wine capital of France. Visit the old center with medieval streets, cozy squares, and wine-tasting rooms. Of course, you can also buy good wine there!
Monsegur, Marmande, Sainte Foy la Grande are a 20-minute drive away and well worth it!
Also, visit Bordeaux, which is 1.5 hours away. On Sunday mornings, the large food market along the canal is well worth going to. In addition, Bordeaux has the largest shopping street in Europe!
