THIS HOME:
Our 2 bedroom, 2 story house is a spacious home with a large living room & dining room downstairs. There is a lovely, secluded patio downstairs and another porch accessible through the primary bedroom upstairs. With 2.5 bathrooms, this stay is perfect for multiple couples or smaller families. There is ample free street parking in front.

The neighborhood is very active and you will likely find friendly folks talking and sharing together.

We are pet-friendly and have a fenced in area on the side for your pets.

You are a short walk to many shops and restaurants in the Starland District as well as the South side of Forsyth Park.

Your stay comes with a washer & dryer.

When you arrive at the house you will enter through the front door with keyless entry codes. Once inside, You can enjoy, relax and make yourself at home. Then come back out and make your way to the porch and enjoy the breeze.

Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty ground coffee roasted by Good Citizen exclusive to our Kindred guests. We provide tea. Some creamer and sugar available.

The kitchen is also stocked to cook almost any meal. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, and range.

Our bathrooms have all the essentials you need to get you started: including linens, soaps, shampoo and hair dryer.

You are close to Forsyth park, Thomas Square neighborhood, Starland district, and the rest of downtown Savannah. Tybee Island is only a short 30 minute drive.

Our smart TV comes with YouTube TV subscription and can login to your streaming apps.

Other things to note:
We provide enough to get your stay started. There is specialty coffee provided by Kindred House and roasted by Good Citizen for drip brew along with Body wash, shampoo and conditioner also provided to begin your stay.

Kitchen is fully stocked to cook at home.
