I think it is important that they check the bed sheets of the room specially for small details. Breakfast should be available until 11am instead 10:30am. The pool should be heated since it was broken.

It’s a nice hotel, but really, really basic. There are no fresh towels or sheets, and no one makes your bed from the moment you arrive until you leave, unless requested 24 hours in advance, which I think is a not-too-subtle way to tell you to make your own bed. It’s a new building, so everything worked well. Friendly reception and breakfast staff. A place to stay for not more than 2 days, and only if it’s cheaper than neighboring properties.

Very trendy, IG vibes, minimalist style, nice decor, clean, reasonably priced, wasn't expecting parking fee but although nominal they graciously waived it due to our tv not working. I've stayed in the area numerous times and area is really safe yet property was gated but not sure if it was manned by front desk bc it remained open as far as I noticed. Hotel lobby and elevator access could be more secure for solo f travelers but again area is very safe. Got a good deal through Expedia which included free breakfast for up to 4 ppl. Hot breakfast with nice variety. They also have AM coffee bar & PM wine bar both reasonably priced. Jeanne at front desk was there when we checked in in the evening and when we came down for breakfast. She was the one who also came to check our tv. Always with her smiling eyes and pleasant demeanor. Excellent hospitality service! She gets 5 stars!! I look forward to staying here again!

This Hotel was a great surprise we my husband and I Loved Loved Loved it. The European feel of clean minimumal service was a nice surprise. The 200.00 deposit was very pricey as their was really nothing to break in the room was a shock but the beautiful staff and welcomed feeling made it OK. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay and since my sister has a condo in Sarasota we will be staying again at your Hotel.
