Boat Slip that is included with the house can accommodate a vessel up to 30 ft long and 10 ft wide. The canal leads directly out to Sarasota Bay where you can enjoy exploring the waterways around Siesta Key, Anna Maria and more. This will be the ultimate vacation spot for families or friends to enjoy. It is conveniently located just 7 minutes from downtown Sarasota flourishing restaurant scene and nightlife. If the beach is what you seek, it is a short 15 minute drive to beaches of Lido and Longboat Key, as well as a 20 minute drive to the breath taking beaches of Anna Maria Island.
