My family and I originally booked an ocean front room and when we got there to check in the receptionist informed us that our room was unavailable because it was being remodeled. Receptionist said she tried to reach us but no one contacted us to tell us anything. She offered us to stay in another room or to stay at their sister property which we declined because we wanted to stay here. The room was nice but the bathroom ceiling was filled with mold as well as the baseboards and the sink was filled with green moldy mildew. The pull out sofa had bed bugs and my mom was bit all over. The pool was not heated at all and it was cold and the pool umbrellas also had mold which was so gross. When we asked the receptionist if we could get a refund for the difference of the room she said it couldn’t be done and she was so clueless and unhelpful. She offered us 3 free drink cards as an apology for the room which was ridiculous. When we were checking out the manager named Ilkin was very nice and we informed her of our horrible experience and she said she was going to refund us the difference. My mom paid $1088 for an ocean front room for a 2 night stay and we got a pool view instead. We don’t even think that we got the correct refund and they insist we were upgraded to a better room which we were NOT because we booked the best room there on the property which was unavailable. We are so disappointed in our stay and we do NOT recommend staying here.

There are some rooms that do not have beach view nor do they have a balcony or outside sitting. The first floor facing the beach was not in operation, it was under construction. The staff was friendly. The TV in the room was very nice and it had all the streaming apps.

Great suite very clean. Didn’t like the bath very slippery, should have been a walk in shower. Bed although was pretty comfortable did not like the wooden plate form. Wi-Fi was not good but wasn’t a big deal. All staff were very nice!! Fire pit should have been on at night around the pool. And there should have been an electric kettle. A few tweaks but would recommend because location to beach and how clean our suite was. Will return hopefully!!!
