The studio has a balcony overlooking the full kitchen with basic utensils for everyday cooking, air conditioning, wi-fi, swimming pool, gym, garage and 24-hour concierge.
The building offers laundry facilities for a fee in its common areas, outside the apartment.
For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.
It is not permitted to receive visitors.
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.
