House in S'Illot near Sandy Beach

On a plot of more than 300 square meters, and with more than 250 meters built, it has 4 double bedrooms, the typical Mallorcan style house, in the town of S, Illot, on the east coast of Mallorca, is an ideal house for families, and for small groups. The three available bathrooms guarantee a pleasant degree of privacy, and the various balconies and terraces offer an ideal retreat. The cozy holiday home is in the southern part of the town of S,Illot, and belongs to the Manacor town hall, a city traditionally famous for the wood industry, the pearl industry, and for the caves, which are in Porto Cristo, very near S,Illot. The sandy beach, ideal for all audiences, of S,illot, is very close, just a short walk away, and is linked by a bridge, over the Ca N,Amer torrent, which allows access to the beach of Sa Eat. In the other part of Sa Coma, to the north, we find the Punta de N'Amer Nature Reserve. You can explore this landscape on foot or by bicycle through many small paths. We also recommend these walks, on horseback. The house can accommodate up to 4 children, up to 15 years old, at no additional charge. An exuberant vacation in a typical Majorcan town, by the sea, and with interesting tours, on foot, by bike, and others, through nature, and nearby towns, based in the spacious vacation home.
