The accommodation is located on Via Aurelia, a few minutes by car from the center of Sanremo and the Ariston Theater and about 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches of Sanremo.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction hob (2 plates), fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven, high chair, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BATHROOM with sink, raised shower cubicle, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY with table and chairs, with access from the bedroom.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating with heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes hanger and hairdryer.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under 12 years of age are exempt.

This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service Aloggiati Web which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and the daily duration of lighting depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.
