"Before I booked this hotel I called them to ask a few questions and the customer service representative was super friendly and helpful! Upon our arrival we were greeted so sweetly by Tabitha and she even helped us pick our coffee destination for the morning. Our room was very clean and we had no issues with our stay! Sure the hotel is maybe a little outdated but we felt like cleanliness was not an issue. The showers also got very hot which I enjoyed. I definitely would recommend staying here!"

"We had a great stay after one unfortunate first night. On the first night we could not get hot water for a shower. Upon calling the front desk we were informed we had to keep the shower handle at “4-5 o’clock” position? The desk staff came to our room and eventually got warm weather. During the evening, I went to use the bathroom sink. I was then unable to turn the water off and manually turned it off under the sink. We asked for another room and were told it would be an additional $1,167. We said no thank you. We then had some electrical issues and complained again and were transferred to another room on the other side of the hotel. That room was perfect and we had no further issues and a pleasant stay. Request a room on the north side of the hotel."

"Room was perfect for 6 travelers! Needed more blankets pillows and towels and staff was so helpful and accommodating. Parking garage is great for weather purposes. Pool was great for the kids. Kitchen and full fridge is a bonus, location was great close to interstate and concert venue. Loved the restaurant for dinner and drinks, so delicious and convenient. Also the breakfast included was a great bonus with the kids. Would definitely stay again if back in this area!"
