I love how clean the property was and how clean the room were. The staff were excellent! They have a SHOR: Seafood grill, Tavern, and Market all located in the lobby! It was business- friendly as well. The hotel was dog friendly as well! They had a pool too. I will definitely be back! If you’re traveling to Downtown Jacksonville, book with Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, you won’t be disappointed!

I shared with the hotel already that our room was not cleaned properly missing soap and cups in the bathroom a towel that had already been used was hung up to be used again and it was very noisy. Kept hearing dood slammed. We were given a handicap room without us requesting one.

Customer service truly went above and beyond!! We had a minor issue with one of our rooms that I honestly did not expect anything in return for. Customer service took care of our parking fee, gave us a huge discounted rate for meals, and even a little something to purchase anything we may need at their market. Not what I expected at all. Throughout the process they could not have been any nicer and professional.
