Hot tub was broken upon arrival but they quickly got it fixed and was wonderful! Check in was easy and friendly, room was clean and comfortable and very nice! Loved the pillows! Breakfast was okay but also free so no complaints there… they had cereal, oatmeal, some hot foods like eggs and sausages, and of course, coffee. Would absolutely stay here again!

Last minute trip and options were limited. Room was sufficient. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. Lights are super bright. Hair in tub. Close to the Riverwalk which was nice. A couple restaurants near by but not much. A bit of a walk but you can get to The Jags stadium by foot. Also can get to the water taxi in a few minutes. Front desk staff left a little to be desired.

Poor management. The place smelled like sewage especially the third floor for some reason. They said it was a vent issue they supposedly fixed it but the smell never went away. We went New Year's the 31st or the 3rd of January and they were very limited staff we could not even get clean towels. The floors were dirty. Every time we wanted something we had to walk to the other Hotel even laundry detergent they were out they were out of paper towels very limited and lazy front desk.

The front desk staff was warm, friendly, and helpful. But the room condition was poor. I received a text within an hour or so of arrival asking how everything was going, and I replied, "Great!" I had arrived late evening, and at that point, I'd only been in the living room and kitchen areas. Soon after as I got ready for bed, I noticed an odor in the bedroom area, but I was tired so I just showered and went to sleep. The water pressure was low, the water temperature was lukewarm, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. Thankfully, I brought my own, but I had to get out of the shower to get it. When I woke up the next morning, the odor hit me immediately: dog urine. I don't know if it was the carpet or the tile floor in the bathroom. I had a full schedule that day, so I didn't request a room change. I also didn't request it because I didn't feel confident that a new room would be any better, and I didn't want the inconvenience of packing up, just to encounter the same or different problems. This was a very disappointing stay.

The options are not comparable with competitors hotel. They don’t offer basic options and whatever was offered felt stale and very limited quantity. All the guests in the room were highly disappointed
