"The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. A few things…I had to wait one hour to get a bar of soap as there wasn’t any when I arrived. The coffee pot in the room was not working. When they brought another one, I later noticed it did not have the tray that slides in and holds the coffee pod. When I asked for another one the next evening, I never received it. The ice machine on the 3rd floor had no ice when I went for some Sat. night. I used a “Sleep In” tag on my door for two days. I took it off on Sunday morning but my room never got cleaned. The breakfast buffet is very impressive. Plenty to eat and was presented very nicely. Very good coffee. The staff cleaning up during the buffet was very friendly and efficient. Joseph, in particular, is a wonderful employee; so pleasant and hard working. Overall, the Bay Meadows location is a great spot; not too far from the airport, St. Augustine, and Daytona Beach. Would consider staying there again."

"The hotel itself was very nice. The things I was disappointed with was the bed. It was extremely hard and caused my wife and I to wake up in pain every morning. For me I woke up every few hours because of this. Also, the rooms only get cleaned every other day."

"The staff are absolutely the best. We received some really good customer service. As soon as they learned we had an issue with our room toilet, they made every attempt to switch us out right away. Thry were amazing and treated us well."
