The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect if you don’t want to travel too far from the hotel. Many great restaurants, stores, and a movie theater are within walking distance. I will be staying here again.

We got a very positive impression after staying at the hotel earlier in Baton Rough, so decided to stay with SpringHill again. The suite room is perfect for family travel accommodation, it is very relaxed layout in the suite. The breakfast is perticularly great and the hotel public area as well as room are very clean and maintained well.

The pool and hot tub were not available. Neither had been cleaned and had dirt and leaves in them. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner. We asked for an extra blanket but none was available. Location was great and the staff was helpful and courteous.
