A serene and stylish 600 sq ft vacation rental located in the highly desirable Monterey Heights neighborhood of San Luis Obispo. Just a short walk to Cal Poly and minutes from downtown, this private unit offers a separate entrance, spacious living and bedroom areas, and a well-equipped kitchenette. With dedicated guest parking and a quiet residential setting, it’s an ideal home base for campus visits or Central Coast getaways. Though part of a private home, the unit is fully private and quiet.

This is a brand new listing in a newly renovated unit. We`re in the process of scheduling professional photography and final staging, but the space is fully ready for guests and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom:
Features a luxurious Cal King bed with plush linens and ample closet space.
Completely separate from the living room for a restful, private sleeping area.

Living Room:
Formerly the home’s master bedroom, now a spacious and comfortable living area.
Includes a fold-out couch for additional sleeping (ideal for a child or third guest).

Check in was good. A little difficult to communicate with the check-in manager but we managed to get everything worked out. The unit was lovely as was the next door neighbor. Parking was a little tricky but we managed to fit into the side space with our Jeep. If you have a larger car, it probably would not fit and you would have to find street parking. We were unable to find street parking while we were there. The small kitchen was perfect and the fridge was nice and cold, not just a beverage chiller. No problem figuring out the Nespresso either, and they provided a weeks' worth of regular and decaf coffee. Cal King bed was super comfortable and once I figured out how to adjust the temp control, the evenings were cool to sleep in. Walking to Cal Poly campus and also downtown was super easy if you don't mind a nice walk. Would totally stay there again if I needed to be near campus. Otherwise, they have properties over in Avila Beach which I can not wait to reserve!

I really loved this quiet little bungalow. Super clean and simple and had everything I needed. Was perfect for just me or would be good for a couple. Very close to Calpoly campus. Extremely quiet street and comfortable mattress.
