Not clean. It was under construction so I’ll try to give them a break. The women at the desk were short with us and seemed annoyed. My son had a rash on his legs the next day. We aren’t sure if it was bed bugs or not. I don’t recommend this location.

We have to move two separate times due to the heater not working. They brought a small space heater and when we asked for a blanket , the front desk girl brought us a mattress pad A false fire alarm went off at 2:30am which startled us and woke us up out of a dead sleep. We have stayed here a few times and haven’t had this experience before. I wrote to the manager regarding these issues and he has never responded yet all you can have access to is his email address. Shame on management as they should give us two nights free considering we were unconvinced. That’s the right thing to do.

The hotel was under construction. A lot of dust in the room including the beds. Shower and bathroom sink tap was not working properly. Broken closet door and table drawers. No, it wasn't a Radisson level experience, not even basic things were working. We all fell sick due to the dust and dirt in the bed.

The hotel is being renovated right now there’s really not much there I stayed for over 2 weeks there for work the room was brand new that’s the only good thing bout it , the cleaning part was not great they always miss the bathroom cleaning for some reason

The breakfast was less than fresh and limited. The room was clean. Due to construction, all amenities were null and void. There was power tool noise all throughout the day as well as uneven surfaces posing a precarious situation to families young and old. Due to construction, I believe the reception area and customer service missed the mark. Promises of top-notch hospitality in advertising gave the impression that all would be fulfilled yet face-to-face, it was awkward, frustrating, and unfriendly.

We were guests at this hotel Christmas eve and Christmas night. Both nights we were awaken in the middle of the night by fire alarms going off for 15-45 seconds. In addition, Thursday morning from ~ 5 am to 6 am there was construction or loading noise constantly~ sounded like pallets being dropped. There were other sleep disruptions the hotel had less control over~ baby crying from 6-7am Thursday, dog barking in another room Wednesday ~9 pm. Our room was one of the new ones~ still with painter’s tape in the door way and plaster dust along the halls. We have stayed here several times over the past 18 months so we are aware of remodeling, etc., but this is not what we paid for. The hotel general manager,has not responded to emails or phone messages. I want a full refund on our stay.
