Walking distance to several restaurants/bars, a Walgreens, and the beach. (You'll have to walk over the bridge over highway to them, but it's 10 mintues.) Very clean property; easy to self-check-in; very fast responses from staff via the Vrbo app. Comfortable bed; decent pillows. Nice products in the bathroom. Well-stocked kitchen if you want to do a little cooking yourself. Did not hear any neighbors, also didn't really hear any noise from the highway (about 1 block away). My only complaint is the room's door lock - would prefer a deadbolt that doesn't need a key on *both* sides to lock. Would also be helpful if there was a printout of checkout instructions available in the room, as I was having some minor connectivity issues with my phone, so if one cannot access the Vrbo app, having a printout would've been very handy. (These are minor issues, not enough to take stars away, but would be nice improvements.)Located in a residential neighborhood about 12 minutes from SJU airport. Rideshare drivers seemed to have no problem finding the place. Neighborhood seemed fairly quiet and well-maintained; felt safe walking around in the day/early evening. Would definitely choose to stay at this property again if visiting San Juan.
