The place is beautiful and in a great spot near restaurants and the beach. It is not very user friendly for large groups that want to come and go at different times. We had 2 keys after requesting the second one. You have to use the key to get in and out of the front door which makes it tough to leave at different times. There are no outlets in the bathrooms and minimal mirrors in the penthouse so getting ready is a challenge. The hot water is also near impossible to find in some of the showers. We also wished the remotes were labeled because we had issues using TVs and adjusting AC.

What an amazing apartment! Spacious and modern! The only item I wish we had known was that the laundry is paid and you need quarters. We were not prepared for that and had trouble getting quarters.

Spring Break Training Camp

Our fourth trip to Puerto Rico for our college rugby team spring break training camp was highlighted by the fact we stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment in the past we stayed at a hotel with four guys to a room and very disconnected in every aspect, except when we all got together the large open floor plan allowed the team to bond and have more connecting moments while not on the field are doing workouts that just enhanced the experience. If coming in a large group, I highly recommend not renting a van at the airport, but instead renting one at the place across the street from Cecilia‘s much easier and much more reliable.The only challenge is trying to figure out a system for getting in and out of the building with a large group. Once you get that sorted out, it’s a phenomenal day. The pool was amazing the view, incredible, and the neighborhood, vibrant and full of life we will definitely be going
