The hotel are very good at their jobs but unfortunately do not speak a lot of English. We requested our room cleaned twice but because of the language barrier they did not understand, even after contacting guest services. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but be sure to stay on top of staff requests.

This is a beautiful property with incredible views. The various pools looked well maintained. The airport shuttle was efficient. Hotel staff were very nice and polite. This is a full-service hotel.
