The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing and huge. Too bad we did not have time for the pool and the hot tub. The location was great and so close to the University of San Diego that I could see it from the room. The staff was great.

Great hotel, room was very dark. Ran out of lights to turn on in the room. Needs much better lighting in the rooms. No good service at the pool. Could not login using incognito mode browser to print things in the business center...so did not use it either for security reasons.

My room had a dirty towel in the sink when I checked in, and the next day after being cleaned. The daytime cleaning they did but take away dirty towels and one towel left looked dirty too. Disappointing for a preferred hotel I frequent when in town. Also I got the 2nd floor and I’ve been there several times
