Great location and surrounding area. Parking was pretty straight forward, and fairly priced. The lobby area had a nice layout for the Christmas holiday. Check in was nice and easy and was asked if I had a preference in which floor to stay on. Room was well decorated, clean, and cozy. However, when I went to turn on the TV, it didn’t work. The remotes battery was good, so I took it upon myself and took a peek behind the TV and realized ever cord was plugged in except the power cord, which was confusing as to why the cord wasn’t plugged in, safety assuming the last person in the room rotated the TV in the opposite direction of the cord and probably popped out. I was able to plug it in and everything was fine. The main thing that was a little irritating for me is a certain high frequency sound coming from the room phone, kind of like a whine, which probably came from the phone having a touch screen. Other than that, it was a great experience, and peaceful nights sleep.

Very clean, smelled like a spa even on the 4th floor. Stayed to spare a late night drive and a party and it was a great overnight stay. Quiet hotel and nice for the hotel circle area. Could have better TV options or allow streaming.

Only there for one night. Very nice hotel. Thought it was great to receive a text about Happy Hour. So I went and was literally turned away saying the bar is closed. If you were having a private party and turning away your guests maybe don’t text for us to come. And to top it off, the guy was abrupt and rude. Every other interaction with staff was friendly.
