Loved all the colorful touches the hotel has. I think they definitely lack on cleanliness (carpet). The outdoor area is very nice. Love the pool area and hammocks. Overall my experience was good 👏

Very dirty pool - even first thing in the morning when no one has yet been in the pool, it is cloudy and you cannot see through the shallow end which tells me they DO NOT clean the pool daily - GROSS!!!!!! The stafff are unfriendly and look inconvenienced when you ask them anything. I would never stay here again.

Property was amazing. Didn’t like that they open the pool for people that were not hotel guest. It’s already a large property. Could not get a seat by the pool as it was beyond crowded. However me and my bestie we still made the best of it, listen to the dj and manage to at least do a quick dip in the water. I loved being able to grab a drink, everyone was so nice. Didn’t like the surprise $75 refundable for incidentals per night. But got it back. Just was an added surprise I didn’t expect. Plenty of shopping places for food and coffee. We stopped to eat close by and at El jefe on side. Delicious. Vies were amazing and this hotel is such a Barbie dream :)
