Our new favorite property in the City. Yes, the rooms are small but very quaint and has everything you need. Great location and wonderful "hanging out" area on the 3rd floor. Outstanding value.

It was a small room but enough for my wife and I. Everything was clean and modernized. We really liked the functionality of the iPad, It was like a smart room. A+ for it having a/c and heating! It was a secured building, which is great because union square at night is a little sketchy. There’s was always a security guard at the front at night. All in all, would definitely stay here again.
