Positives: Large room; location was perfect for my needs; friendly staff; quiet; my room was nice and dated 70s/'80s, which felt nostalgic, not bad; pool was very nice; HVAC controls in the room was very good. But, the room was not made up twice during the 5-night stay; parking $$$; no attendant at upper parking lot twice late at night, so I parked myself and got yelled at the next morning by the attendant that was then on duty; bartender missing from bar for long periods of time on 2 of the nights; Sunset Blvd is a nightmare at rush hour, it took 45 minutes to drive less than a mile to return to the hotel at 5 PM. The bathroom was fine, but it should be updated from 70s/80s. Overall, I'd stay at Luxe again as the price (except for parking) and location were optimal for my stay.

The room is large but there is no where to sit , one chair in that whole Room. The mattress was uncomfortable,,the pillows were old and the filling ballled up, the room was warm and don’t really cool off. Ambiance was really bad, and didn’t look anything like your website, especially the bed frame was twice the size of the bed.overall ugh -sorry.staff was fine, didn’t really have much interaction besides the bar tender who was lovely.

One of my favorite properties to stay at in West LA. The location is tucked in and close to everything you need on the west side. My only grump is that you have to use valet if you stay there and that does not work if you want to leave the property before 5 am.
