We had to change rooms because our original room’s outlets did not work and the tub did not drain. The 2nd room was better. We weren’t aware that we had to pay $50 a day for parking in the detached dark parking garage next door.

Conveniently located in downtown LA, the Biltmore is near many dining options and areas of interest that can be easily accessed by foot or multiple means of transportation. The hotel has an exquisite lobby and ample areas for concerts and other get-togethers. The room we were in was spacious enough for the two of us, but there was a small ant problem in the bathroom. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay at the Biltmore and would consider staying there again, if the chance ever arises.
