Beautiful property, rooms are very comfortable but honestly not worth the money. Area has changed and the hotel caters to a different set of guests these days and it feels like the place has lost its charm and more focused on shopping/retail.

My car was retuned and it smelled of marajuna. The room and comfort level is not to the standard of the pricing. The room service was poor and food was overcooked or cold The property itself is beautiful but they need to focus on training.

Be welcomed with hostility throughout the property. Valet will give you anxiety shouting and yelling at you. Check in is a long wait. Restaurant hostess just stare at you with no welcome. Servers just don’t care and throw the tableware. Nobody is properly trained on this property. Best part is you pay the exorbitant price and receive terrible service and suffer from terrible food quality. The unique noise of hearing a super fast and loud train passing by and rumbling the entire property, our room is so far from the train track already but you still can hear it honking its horns every time!
