The space has 4 suites (2 on the ground floor), all with split air conditioning. In addition, a large living room overlooking the pool, equipped with cable TV and a complete American kitchen!

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): 1 king bed, 1 futon mattress, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 2 (ground floor): 1 king bed, 1 futon mattress, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 3 (upper floor): 1 extra-large king bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a wardrobe;

Suite 4 (upper floor): 1 extra-large king bed, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, a wardrobe, and a Smart TV.

The property's highlight is undoubtedly the outdoor area, which features a beautiful swimming pool with a gourmet area. The gourmet area, as can be seen in the photos, features a dining table for 6 people, an electric barbecue grill, a sink, and a refrigerator.

The condominium offers two swimming pools, a gym, a tennis court, a beach tennis court, a soccer field, a green area (an Atlantic Forest reserve), and a 24-hour concierge. A free shuttle service is also available Friday through Sunday for access to the village and the beach. Schedules are subject to availability.

Praia do Forte is an excellent place to connect with nature and relax on the beautiful beaches and pool at my property. Furthermore, its vibrant nightlife, with its many bars and restaurants, is a strong point of this location. All these attractions make my property an excellent choice for a variety of tastes, as it offers a balance between tranquility, relaxation, and nightlife.
