Accommodation

The accommodation has 3 rooms. A bedroom with a double bed, another room with a large bunk bed (90x190) and a third room with a very large single bed (120 wide) ideal for two children, which allows the capacity of the apartment to pass from 5 to 6 people .
All rooms have closets or comfortable.

Located on the ground floor, all exterior, ventilated and fresh. It has direct access to the garden from the terrace.

The majority of the neighbors of the urbanization are families that spend their vacations.

Located in a family urbanization with common areas designed to enjoy the summer season, both for children and adults: community pool, with a shallow side part, ideal for children's bath and adapted. Large garden, equipped with benches, chairs and tables to rest in the shade of the trees and perform various activities; multi-sport court with two basketball baskets and two soccer goals; Ping-pong table, petanque court and children's area in the center of the enclosure with slide, swings and dock games. It should be noted that the enclosure is protected by a fence, which provides security for children's play throughout the enclosure without fear that they can leave it and so parents can rest without worry.
