Welcome to My Country House - Salò

My Country House offers ample space to comfortably accommodate up to four guests (ideally suited for families with children aged 6 and older). The property is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances to ensure a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, private indoor parking (suitable for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles), seasonal air conditioning and heating, and a Smart TV in both the living room and one of the bedrooms. Additional conveniences include a safe, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, traditional moka pot, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, electric fan oven, microwave, toaster, hand blender, gas stovetop, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and a hairdryer.

The house is distributed over two floors:

First Floor: Two spacious double bedrooms—one featuring a window and the other a private balcony with a Smart TV. Upon request and with advance notice, one double bed can be configured into two separate twin beds. A full bathroom with a window and a shower is also located on this floor.

Ground Floor: A bright living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a practical utility room, and a convenient half-bathroom with a washing machine.

Outdoor Area: An exclusive, reserved outdoor patio area perfect for dining al fresco, opening up to a large, fully fenced private garden.

FOUR-LEGGED GUESTS (PETS)
Your well-behaved dogs are welcome upon request (a nightly pet supplement applies). We kindly ask that you do not allow dogs on beds or sofas, never leave them unattended inside the house or in the garden, and always clean up after them. Thank you very much for your cooperation!

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES & GARDEN CARE

Tourist Tax: The local municipal tourist tax per person/night must be paid in cash upon arrival (children up to 13 years old are completely exempt).

Smoking and Events: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is permitted exclusively outdoors in the garden using the provided ashtrays. Events, parties, and subletting are absolutely forbidden.

Garden Maintenance: I live in the house next door and guarantee your utmost privacy. Only when strictly necessary for watering and maintaining the garden, I will access the outdoor spaces either in the morning or in the evening, without ever entering the house.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchenette with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a safe and a desk.
