Parking is easy with spaces on the property and on the street, as well as a large nearby square offering additional free options. Pets are allowed, but events are not permitted on the property.
This detached house is in the heart of the village, right across from the bakery and grocery store, giving you convenient access to your daily needs. You will be ideally located 20 km from Vallon Pont d’Arc, Aven d’Orgnac, and the Chauvet Cave, and just 10 minutes from Les Vans. The location allows you to easily reach nearby rivers for swimming or canoeing. Hiking, mountain biking, and cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the greenway and the many outdoor activities in the region.
Cleaning is not included in the rental. We ask you to leave the house in the condition in which you found it. Two security deposits will be requested upon arrival, one of which is for cleaning. If the cleaning has not been done properly, the corresponding deposit will be cashed.
