We offer a pleasant house located in Kairon Plage, close to shops (grocery store and tobacconist 800m away) and the sea (350m).
Storage is available upon entering. The living room features a sitting area (with TV) opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas stovetop, refrigerator and freezer, airfryer, and electric griddle). These two rooms provide direct access to a large 26m² veranda. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided in the outdoor area. The garden is quiet, flowery, and pleasant, with no overlooked views.
This house has two bedrooms on the ground floor (each with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet) and a bathroom (shower, sink, and washing machine). Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: the first with a 140cm double bed, and the second with a 140cm double bed and a 90cm single bed (with sloping ceilings). A second bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet is also available.
