House Cornelia is a modern and tastefully furnished vacation rental of 90 m2, ideally situated in Saas-Fee, Switzerland, just a few metres from the nursery slopes with direct ski-in and ski-out access. Designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, this elegant apartment combines contemporary style with exceptional comfort, offering large windows and panoramic views in every room. The open-plan living area features a sophisticated Poggenpohl kitchen fully equipped with an integrated oven, fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee press, and fondue set, alongside a dining area and a generous balcony showcasing fabulous mountain views. The living space is further enhanced by a closed fireplace and a flat-screen TV with cable connection. The master bedroom is appointed with a double bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bath and shower room, while 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds complete the sleeping arrangements, one of which also benefits from a balcony. A separate shower room and WC serve the remaining bedrooms. Excellent Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the apartment, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay. The property is strictly non-smoking and does not permit pets.

Other Information

Within the building, guests of House Cornelia have access to a range of shared facilities designed to enhance their stay. A dedicated boot room with an individual ski storage locker is available, along with a shared sauna, steam room, and whirlpool bath. Amenities for the washing and drying of clothes are also provided within the building. The Saastalcard is included with the rental. Final cleaning as well as bed linen and towels are included, with the exception of kitchen cleaning. Holiday taxes apply as follows: during Summer, from 01.06. to 31.10., the rate is CHF 7.- per adult and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day. During Winter, from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years, per day.
