Guests should be aware of a specific arrangement during the winter season: snow clearance to the front door of the chalet is provided only on the arrival day, and during the remainder of the stay, guests are responsible for clearing the entrance stairs themselves. Daily snow clearance can be arranged through the real estate management as an additional service. Telephone calls are not included in the standard package and are considered an exclusive cost to be covered by guests.
