"We travel to SF at least once a year. This time we wanted a view of the city and the bay. We got it. The hotel is more than just a Holiday Inn. Our experience was perfect. Parking very easy and safe. Rooms clean. French toast tasted great. Location very walkable and centralized. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We stayed a week and will be back next year"

"Second stay at this hotel. Such an easy drive for rental car return before early flight at SFO. Breakfast starts at 6am. Skipped, but did grab a coffee on the way out the door. "

"The building is outdated. The rooms were clean and staff was excellent however the bathrooms, curtains, and hallways could use an update. The hotel does not offer free parking and does not have a restaurant or bar connected. The area is rough, i was unaware of what the locals call the "TL" high crime rate and homeless issue. Overall, i would not select this hotel again."

"It was a decent hotel for the price. Room was above average. Bed was comfy. The area is a bit sketchy but it's not hotel's problem. During the day it's pretty good."
