The room was spacious and lovely. I stayed on the third floor and enjoyed the cathedral ceiling and small deck overlooking the marina. The only drawback to the room was the noisy air conditioner, although thankfully i could open the door to the deck and get fresh air at night. I had dinner at the restaurant my first night there...while the food was good, the place was short-staffed, the service was marginal, and i had to wait a long time to order and later to get my bill. I would still choose to stay there again because of the location and the attractive rooms but would go elsewhere for a meal.

Finding this place was an adventure — and not the fun kind. Google Maps led me straight to a dead end, and once I finally arrived, there was nowhere to park while checking in. Hotel parking was $40, which felt steep for what followed. The room itself was clean, but that’s where the compliments end. No vending machines anywhere, but they have a lobby shop..A soda cost $5.32 — for one can. The laundry room was so tiny it could double as a closet, so if you’re even mildly claustrophobic, skip it. The elevator had a funky smell I couldn’t quite place, and the patio small, bare, and without a single chair. The bed was stiff, the fridge was broken and reeked, and the overall vibe was more “budget motel” than what I paid for. In short, clean but underwhelming — definitely not worth the price.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property looks nothing like the photos online. Our room was dusty and felt unclean, and even the entrance to the building gave off an unkept vibe. The in-room phone wasn’t even connected, so we couldn’t contact the front desk. The furniture is outdated and worn, and basic amenities like guest slippers weren’t provided. There were no speakers or a channel list for the TV, which made things less convenient. On top of that, the walls are extremely thin I could hear my neighbors coming and going throughout the night. Overall, the room and building both felt dirty and poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the price or expectations set by the pictures online.

We have used Double Tree Hilton previously and this one is not up to standard. The aircon was hopeless and charging $40 to self park in an unsecure car park is a bit obscene. Not impressed
