Located in a very quiet area of Roses: near the center and only 150m from the beach "dels palagrers" better known as the beach "del segon moll". It consists of: a bright living-dining room with access to the terrace and the garden, 4 bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed), a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
