The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building. It is wheelchair accessible and well-equipped for guests with mobility challenges. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a very large private terrace. The apartment features double-glazed windows, a washing machine, a freezer, a refrigerator, an oven, a hair dryer, an iron, a coffee maker, a kettle, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Our guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
The apartment is located in the S. Giovanni district, a central yet quiet neighborhood very close to the historic center, the Colosseum, the Baths of Caracalla, the Catacombs, and the famous historic Via Appia Antica. The area offers all amenities, including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and banks. Public transportation is within walking distance (the “Re di Roma” metro station is about 200 meters away): from the apartment, all parts of Rome are easily accessible.
