Property is dated and tired. Shower had little water pressure and handle came off; breakfast was below average; larger room had a step-down in the middle of the room which is a big fall hazard in the middle of the night; chair had a slip-cover over worn out upholstery; TV was very confusing, needing two controllers to operate it and required signing in every 24 hours.

This place is a motel, not a hotel. Really not what I was expecting. And not was the pictures suggested it was. I ended up just forfeiting the three nights I had paid for in advance and paid to stay in the Hampton Inn down the road.

The room was extremely overpriced based on what was there. Almost $400 a night for a highway side motel is ridiculous just because an athletic event was happening nearby. The room was almost impossible to get into. The locks didn't work properly. The front desk attendant came and was able to get into the room by force. We had to body slam into the door to get it open. There was apparently a leak in the bathroom and always water on the floor by the toilet and sink. The dresser looked like someone had used it for a ladder and all the drawers were badly damaged.. Definitely NOT a Ramada/Wyndham quality location. Will never stay here again.
