"This was our second stay at the Inn and as before, It was an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint would have to be that they need to get their ice machine fixed as we were told it had been broken for awhile. Ice is a main commodity for most guests and should be available when needed. Luckily the staff was very willing to assist in providing ice from the kitchen when asked."

The location was perfect for us to be able to get into downtown Salem quickly and appreciated that the hotel had air conditioning. Loved the ability to be able to restock supplies on our own when needed from the storage closet."

"stayed for 4 day and 3 night, the brakfast is amazing, and the stuff was very helpful with topping off tghe brakfast when it running low. The only complaint is the bathroom is small, but definitely usable and clean."
