Good- the staff were helpful, the breakfast was tasty, the room was roomy enough. Bad- too much noise from renovation project, we never knew when our room would be serviced so we were always asking for toilet paper and taking out our own trash, and things were in disrepair (our microwave and the ice machine).

Everything was really good they were under renovation but the service was good, they were friendly, check in was easy and efficient, bed was comfortable, shower was small but the room was good. My husband said the breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. It was way busy and there was no where to sit to eat breakfast so he ate it in the room but it was good.

This hotel is still under construction. There are many things that appear in need of repair. But the pool is open and the staff carry on as best they can. I paid for an accessible type room but when we went inside it, there were construction workers gathered right outside the window all day. So I asked for another room and was given one without any hassle. The breakfast offered is tasty and plentiful; maintained well by the staff. The noise from the ongoing construction is a bit distracting but I was told yesterday that they stop by 8pm, so at least the nights are quiet. My stay here is about a week long and so far, I’d likely return here. But I hope the renovations are completed soon.

We booked our room an hour before we arrived and was a little worried when we saw the construction. But, don't let that fool you. We had a remodeled room that was spacious, clean and quiet. Exceptional customer service and the breakfast buffet was AMAZING! It was the best omelet. We will definitely stay here again.

This is our last hotel stay on this trip ! I know the Hotel is being remodeled and understand the challenges. We had an issue with a water leak. Was nothing major and the Hotel staff advised they knew about it and have been chasing it down. Other than that, it was the usual awesome stay

Fisrt floor and exterior are under complete renovation. Room was okay but dusty too. My wife was wheezing the next morning. Bathroom counter is extremely small.

The only reason I gave 4 stars for the staff section is due to lack of professionalism when I entered the property. They are finishing up renovations and when I walked in to check in around 4pm on a Thursday the person behind a standard unmarked desk (they are using as a check in space during renovations) was a young man in a t-shirt, no property uniform, so it wasn’t clear he actually worked there, and he just looked at me but didn’t greet me so it was a bit awkward. As a guest to your property it’s nice to be greeted when I come in and not just be looked at until I say something to you. Otherwise the renovations are coming along nicely and the property looks great.
