Although the home is connected to a separate guesthouse (Unit B) via a shared driveway, a deck dividing wall, deck overhang, and a garage wall, each unit maintains complete privacy with its own entrance and no shared interior spaces.
For your convenience, two designated driveway parking spots are available. The third spot, located directly in front of Unit B, is reserved for Unit B.

The home is conveniently located near I-80. We`ve done our best to make the inside as peaceful as possible, but some ambient sound and traffic noise from the highway is to be expected.
We hope you love the main house decks! While they`re exclusively yours, it`s good to know that the deck connected to the living room shares a divider wall with the guest house deck. Also, the deck from the master bedroom is directly above and partially covers the guesthouse`s deck below.
Breaking any of our house rules, including occupancy limits and quiet hours, may result in the immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
No Illegal Activity, Weapons, or Illicit Drugs. These are strictly prohibited on the property.
No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or anywhere on the property. This includes the improper disposal of cigarette butts. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, plus professional cleaning and repair costs.
No Grills. Bringing a grill onto the property or grilling anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for any grill violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.
No Open Flames. Candles, fireworks, or other sources of open flames are strictly prohibited on the property. A $250 fine will be charged for any open flame violation.
No Pets. If an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged. This fine is separate from any additional charges for damages or professional cleaning due to animal hair and waste.
Furniture and Appliances. Please don`t move furniture or appliances from their original placement. A $250 fee will be charged for moving furniture or appliances weighing more than 30 lbs.
