Il B&B si trova in una buona zona di Rapallo ed è complessivamente nella media. La pulizia è stata soddisfacente, gli ambienti erano ordinati e adeguati al soggiorno.
La comunicazione con l’host è stata normale, senza particolari problemi ma nemmeno particolarmente curata o proattiva.
Nota decisamente negativa il parcheggio: estremamente difficile da trovare e gestire. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo purtroppo ricevuto un paio di multe per divieto di sosta, rendendo l’esperienza meno piacevole. Sarebbe utile una maggiore chiarezza o supporto su questo aspetto per chi arriva in auto.
Nel complesso soggiorno discreto, ma il problema del parcheggio pesa molto sulla valutazione finale.
