The fully equipped, large kitchen invites you to cook together. A small balcony offers space for relaxing moments outdoors. Enjoy peace, comfort and a warm, homely atmosphere. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. Check-in from 4 pm, in person or by key safe. Please let us know your arrival time one day in advance.

Welcome to our lovingly run house in Böhringen, an idyllic suburb of Radolfzell on Lake Constance. You can expect a relaxed, friendly atmosphere in a quiet location - ideal for those seeking relaxation, active vacationers and all those who love nature.



On the second floor of our house there is a cozy vacation apartment and two charmingly furnished guest rooms, which share a modern communal bathroom with window. All rooms are bright, well-kept and furnished with great attention to detail. The apartment has its own large kitchen, a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a living room with an additional sofa bed and a small balcony.



The entrance to the house is shared - we, your hosts, live on the first floor and will be happy to answer any questions you may have, but will of course give you your privacy.



Parking spaces are located directly at the house. A lockable garage is available for your bicycles or motorcycles. Electric cars can be conveniently charged at our wallbox (for a fee).



The picturesque Lake Böhringen with its small swimming pool is only a few minutes' walk away and, like the surrounding walking and cycling paths, invites you to spend relaxing hours in nature.
