One bedroom apartment (4 people) Premium - Residence Baia delle Palme

The apartment is located inside the Baia delle Palme residence, 250 metres from Cala Brianza beach and circa 800 metres from Foxi 'e Sali beach. The property has reception, swimming pool with children's area, shared barbecue area, laundry area, unattended parking and bar with relax area.

The one-bedroom apartment (4 people) Premium includes: living room with equipped kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher and double sofa bed, one double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, kettle, toaster, kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery, hair dryer, equipped patio or balcony.

Also, inside the apartment you will find a beach umbrella to take with you during your days at the beach.

Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, air conditioning, the first supply of bed and bath linens, Wi-Fi (partial use), pool use, and parking.

Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 - check-out by 10:00.

Arrivals after 20:00 must be communicated in advance to the property; in case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be requested.

Upon your arrival, you will have to pay the following mandatory fees:

DEPOSIT: € 200.00, refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: mandatory at the municipality of Pula, to be paid in cash. The amount may vary depending on the period.

Pets (max 25 kg) are allowed in our facility, but will not be allowed to access the common areas. It is allowed only one pet per apartment and there is an extra charge of € 50.00 for their stay.

Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal is the responsibility of the guest. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to deliver waste, a penalty fee of € 50,00 each will be charged.
