Welcome to Sandpiper Suite, part of the County Curated collection. Visit County Curated to view all of the beautiful properties that we manage in Prince Edward County. This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Sandpiper is perfect for large families or groups and close to beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park. This resort-like home features 2 units, each with separate entrances, full kitchen living spaces, and outdoor areas. Plus, a hot tubs and 2 fire pits! The entire home has thoughtfully been renovated to include modern conveniences, and a dedicated workspace located in one of the units. Please note that the home includes 2 additional twin beds. The cleaning fee covers linens for the 5 main beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the additional beds.%26lt;br%26gt;%26lt;br%26gt;STA License #: ST-2019-0208

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Parfait pour les tous petits comme pour les grands

Nous étions 10 personnes, dont 4 enfants de 8 ans et moins. Nous avions les deux parties de la maison (Sandpiper & Sandbanker) et c'était parfait pour nos trois familles. La maison est très bien décorée, il y a un grand terrain où les enfants peuvent jouer, ainsi qu'une microbrasserie juste à côté. A cinq minutes en auto de la plage des dunes. Magnifique!
