The Space:

Comfortable studio of 37 m², can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary kitchen accessories, such as a fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher, useful for the daily preparation of meals.

Guests will have a sunny living room with a sofa bed, a double bed and a TV. The studio also has a balcony with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In the bathroom, guests have a shower and a toilet, all in a cosily furnished interior. In addition, entertainment includes multimedia such as TV and Wi-Fi access. For a good start to their stay, we provide guests with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen. In addition, guests can use the public parking spaces on the estate behind a barrier (space not guaranteed).

The Neighborhood:

The studio is located on Parkowa Street in Poznań. Its location makes it ideal for both business and leisure stays. While in the city, it is also worth visiting tourist attractions such as the Renaissance Town Hall located 3 km from the building (only 16 minutes by car) and the largest city park created on the remains of a former Prussian fortress - Citadel Park. History buffs will be pleased to know that the last and youngest monarchical residence in Europe, the Imperial Castle, is located just 1.8 km from the property. In the close vicinity there are many atmospheric places, elegant restaurants and coffee-filled cafes, such as Rosalie Poznań Restaurant (850 m), Projekt WILSON Restaurant (700 m) - just 3 minutes by car and ALEkosmos café (1.8 km). Numerous grocery shops such as Biedronka (600 m) and Żabka (300 m) are available within walking distance, where guests can stock up on essential products. An advantage is the close proximity to the bus stop (800 m) and the Poznań Główny Railway Station (800 m), allowing non-motorised people to easily get around the city.
