Welcome to my home! I travel a lot for work and would love to share my space! Specs: Ground level entrance with stairs to 2nd and 3rd level. The main level with kitchen, living room and half bath are on 2nd floor. The Two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms located on 3rd floor. Located just off bustling Division Street. Enjoy exploring 2+ miles of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Walk to: dinner at Ava Genes, Magnolia Rosa, Jacqueline; dessert at Salt n’ straw, Lauretta Jeans, or Pinolo Gelato; brunch at Pine State, Broder, Harlow, or My Vice. Entertainment at Tomorrow or Clinton Street Theater. Drinks at The End, Richmond Bar or Division wines. E-bike rentals nearby to bike to across pedestrian bridge to downtown in 15 min.

New clean condo with great floorplan

Brandis condo was the perfect set up for a group consisting of 2 couples. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the living room and patio were lovely. Great decor and great kitchen!

Great location, great condo, great experience

We loved our stay and the host was extremely accommodating and very nice. It was easy to baby proof the house very quickly and our stay was very comfortable. This place should be rented every week, it’s really a nice spot and I’m not sure the location can be beat.
